Use a 2nd Press. This is one of the most popular and effective solutions for achieving exceptionally soft and breathable DTF transfers. A second press can help further embed the ink into the fabric, resulting in a softer and more integrated feel.
You can also use a more texturized teflon cover over your print when you heat press. This will "rough up" the ink print and make it feel less like plastic.
