Artwork Requirements
Upload production-ready artwork sized at 13 × 16 inches and supplied at 300 DPI for the best results.
Before uploading, confirm that:
- The background is transparent
- The artwork is correctly size
- All spelling and details are correct
- Unwanted background elements are removed
- The file is ready to print without additional editing
Colors displayed on a monitor may vary from the finished printed transfer. If you need assistance preparing your artwork, contact us before placing your order.
How to Order
- Select the appropriate adhesive color
- Upload your production ready artwork
- Enter the number of sheets needed for each adhesive item
- Review the qty and subtotal
- Add your order to the art and complete checkout
If you order both black-adhesive and white-adhesive transfers, clearly identify which artwork belongs with each option.
Production Time
Standard production time is 3–5 business days after Print Stitch Supply receives payment, usable artwork, and all required order information.
Artwork problems, requested revisions, incomplete information, or unusually large orders may extend production time. Shipping transit time is additional.
Important Custom-Order Information
Custom DTF transfers are made specifically from the artwork you submit. Review your files, dimensions, adhesive selection, and quantities carefully before completing checkout.
Custom transfers are final sale unless they are defective, damaged, or produced incorrectly by Print Stitch Supply. Customer-submitted artwork errors, incorrect dimensions, low-resolution files, spelling errors, and color expectations are not considered production errors.
For the best finished texture, pair your transfers with our high-texture finishing sheets and follow the recommended application instructions.
